Hi Appwrite team,
we’re using Appwrite Sites and TLS provisioning for our custom domain fails.
Domain: somnara.app
Error:
Failed to create TLS subscription – max number of certificates (Fastly)
Current state:
- Nameserver-based verification (ns1.appwrite.zone / ns2.appwrite.zone)
- DNS resolves correctly to Fastly (151.101.3.52)
- Fastly serves only the default SNI cert (t.sni-820-default.ssl.fastly.net)
- Result: certificate name mismatch for somnara.app
Context:
- Domain was previously attached to a Vercel project and has been fully removed
- DNS and routing are correct; failure happens during TLS subscription creation
Request:
Please clean up any stale Fastly/Vercel TLS subscriptions for somnara.app or increase the cert limit and reprovision TLS.
