Custom Email Templates Not Updating for Security Alert & 2FA (v1.8.0)

I have 4 custom email templates on my self-hosted Appwrite instance:

• email verification
• reset password
• security alert
• 2FA verification.

email verification and reset password are working fine, but security alert and 2FA verification keep sending me the old template.

My Appwrite installation is version 1.8.0

No, not this. I had this issue in 1.7.4 but it was fixed in 1.8.0.
This one is a different issue. The templates update as it should in the console, but in the email delivery, only email verification and reset password are working fine, security alert and 2FA verification emails still send the default Appwrite templates
