Currently from my mobile cloud is inaccessible
Can you try in an incognito window/tab and see if it helps?
Adding new project after entering Name of the Project when go to selection of Region is says Failed to fetch and even Regions flags are not displayed.
This is odd, can you share a screenshot and also the logs from dev console?
This is in incognito mode.

this doesn't seem correct at all. this is the old console while Cloud is using a newer version. can you try with a full dns flush, cache clear or maybe even try with a different network/wifi, etc. feel free to use a vpn. for some reason, maybe cache, a very old version is being served here.
With VPN it's working.
Where are you based out of?
Can you share details on the console about the specific requests that are failing and what exactly the errors are?
What Internet service provider do you have?
Also, I think he could try to change the endpoint to the new frankfurt endpoint as the routing/provider will change?

apprite.io works on both networks. Just cloud.appwrite.io is not accessed via my zong network.
This issue is no more coming
