Attribute is labeled as processing and I cannot make any updates to the collection.

I was having the same thing, and YES I've just managed to delete the "Processing" attribute with the CLI. But there are some strange behaviors with the attributes list UI (the list of attributes disappears somehow). Nevertheless, thanks, I could use the CLI to DELETE the "Processing" attribute. Thanks.
