Are previous records dates changed or only newly inserted records?

I have had to delete most of my collection due to an issue with the relationship malfunction. I have updated my date conversion function to work with the data as it is now appearing in the database

I thought Appwrite always stored datetimes in UTC. I didn't see anything specifically saying that changed

I am not going to pretend I have a clue. I have broke many things in this software and lost several thousand dollars in investments because of it
