No Targets Created For Email OTP Users

The users can sign up no problem, but I just noticed they have no targets, using email and password works though

were these manually added and verified or the users signed in themselves?

I just checked myself too, one of the email wasn't added as a target. Deleting and re-adding worked for me.

In the meantime, maybe try using the Server SDK to add these emails as targets manually. It would also be helpful if you could create an issue on GitHub with all the reproducible steps if one doesn't exist.

Hi! I have exactly the same problem except that on the self hosted version. Users log in through OTP, accounts are created for them, but target email is not added.

Where in the Appwrite documentation is the method described to force the creation of target email? I haven't found anything like that. There is only the creation of a push target AFAIK

Only push is available in client SDK. Server SDK has this: https://appwrite.io/docs/references/cloud/server-nodejs/users#createTarget
