[SOLVED] CLI's appwrite.json vs 'appwrite' vite import errors

Is there a way to set my appwrite cli config json file name to something other than appwrite.json. If i have it in the root of the project any js import from appwrite tries to look for the modules inside of the json file instaead of my node modules

Unfortunately, not. The next version of the CLI might allow you to specify the config file so you might be able to use a different name.

There must be a way to have vite ignore that appwrite.json though 🧐

Thanks that response definitely pushed me in the right direction. I removed the .json extension in the vite settings here: https://v3.vitejs.dev/config/shared-options.html#resolve-extensions
