When i try to create an Attribute with relationship for example two way and many to one and cascade the attribute shows failed and when delete that attribute the related attribute in other table stuck in processing and cant be deleted anymore.

i dont know if this is also related or not but somehow when i navigate to my users collection and want to update the data for a user the whole console stuck and cant do anything even with refresh the browser and navigating back from the browser. I have to then rewrite my domain and then i can access it again. I have also tryed with multiple browsers
