SERVER Error when creating a Function

Hi,

I'm trying to create a new function but when hit create in the end it throws this message. When I check my github account, nothing created, but when I press again create function I get another error.

Why it says neme already exist on this account?
There is nothing in my account!

Are you creating a new function from a template or from an existing repository?

This error happened after I removed access to my old github account and give access to a new github account

When creating a new function the error occurs, but when deploying a existing function it works fine.

And there is something weird, although i removed the old github account from the project when deploying a existing function it still says it was deployed by my old account

I wouldn't expect it to delete already existing Deployments

Am sure it is an error from appwrite itself

And I'm having a new error now when trying to deploy a new function from template

This issue happened after i added new git installation to my project and removed the old one

I removed the wold repo from the account and upload it agian now it shows when deploying IOAPP, but when creating a template function this error shows now

Yes

appwrite still thinks the old account is connected after I removed it

Now I can never create a template function ever
