500 Internal server error

I have a 500 internal server error whenever I try to access my databases in my appwrite instance. It shows me that the project listens to realtime changes and the project overview works pretty fine but I cannot really tell why it is like so.
Yesterday there was some downtime. I would like to inquire if it is really the case today. If not so could anyone try to help me figure out how I can find a way out of this. Or recommend ways to avoid it.

I have a 500 internal server error whenever I click on setting I have created a new project today but it looks like nothing is working. Also I have tried to click on Auth, Database getting same error.

can someone help me my http://my_ip/v1 cant enter the console it show an error im using docker did i miss sometheng. i think i followed the appwrite instruction accurately

This will be solved, so it should not happen anymore when the final solution is applied. For now it could happen some times randomly unfortunately, but the team is working to solve it as soon as possible when it happens

Thanks, it did happen today as well for awhile. Does this happen only on Appwrite Cloud? Is it better to self host it for now until Appwrite Cloud is Stable?
