Is there any way to get the database backup? There's a event registration data stored on the server which is used by our checkin software to authorize guests at the event, and tomorrow is our event, I'm in need of that data on urgent basis, please help me out

You can use appwrite migrations API. The issue will not last that long

Usually it takes an hour but could be extended if it's a big issue

Should we concerned about any chance of completely losing of data beyond any recovery? or completely opposite that data is safe somewhere in form of backups at appwrite cloud servers

Appwrite cloud does daily backups. If appwrite team makes something wrong, they will restore from backups. However if it's your fault, you will not be able to restore from the backup appwrite team has done
