i don't think this is a bug. i started my first new game with a 100 ruble fine, even though it went away on its own from failing the day.

I don't see this being a feature if you carry the fine you had from the last save, seems like residual stuff from previous save, new game should be "new" in my opinion. Most definitly a bug, it's wrong, if they choose to fix it or not, their choice.

Heya! Thanks a lot for reporting. Yeah, when you start a new game, the fine shouldn't carry over. We'll work on a fix for that.

i'm not sure how i had a fine on a completely fresh file, then. i actually thought it was part of the story
