#We continue with the problems from 1 year ago (no matter which driver I use)

@normal bloom Thanks for reaching out!
What GPU do you have?
Do you have the same issue on the godotrecent branch?
Ah I just saw you're using the Ryzen 7 5700g GPU
Hi, that's correct. I'm very frustrated. I've already tried playing with a clean install and deleting shaders, but the problem persists.
It was the most fun 12 hours I've ever had up until a year ago. Now I just log in with each update to see if the problem is fixed. :/
@normal bloom Did you try the godotrecent branch (Steam unrailed 2 right click -> properties->Betas)? Also try out all drivers there (especially opengl/Angle)
yeaj
om
nono
I will try the beta branch
@left flare
@normal bloom please delete the folder %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Unrailed2\sdf
Hi, it was done using the beta and deleting the folder. It fixed the transparency and texture issues.
But the engine froze for a while. I was looking at the performance metrics and the game went from 120 fps to freezing, then 0 fps, then stabilizing. It's as if the engine had crashed.
Yeah It hat to recreate these backgrounds.
?
Your colors, seem of. Could you switch to the low end backend in directX ?
DirectX should work better on AMD now after the last update
This happens constantly, it freezes, it crashes, the fps drops and it stabilizes
I'm using directx
I will record a video
@left flare Sorry if I don't understand you, I use an English-Spanish translator.
But I also followed the steps to disable low-quality rendering, in addition to using OpenGL, Angle, and DirectX in safe mode. They all end up giving this problem.
Does the problem go away if you limit your fps ?
Not entirely, it just makes it less noticeable. Having the graphics at minimum and limited to 60 fps also causes the error, but for a shorter period of time.
(I don't actually time them because they're so random, so it might be better to just assume the error still occurs even with the fps limited.)
