well depending on how many you have it can yes but the issue is that brute force doesn't work with lucky punch
each Lucky Punch gives +3% for a random Commodity which can be either Iron, Wood or Tracks so with 34 (more does nothing) you'll get about 1 track every 3 Resources Mined

Was it from an old save? It might be a strange artefact coming from it. Nevertheless it'll be fixed with the next version 🙂
