I can't accept the privacy policy due to a bug with my mouse. My mouse functions just fine when the game's cursor is in use as opposed to my hardware cursor. When the privacy policy pops up, my hardware cursor is in use and it does not display on screen unless I bring it to the top of my screen. My mouse is highlighted in yellow and highlights in purple when I click. (I forgot to record the hardware cursor itself, but I couldn't see it for most of the time regardless.)

Just figured out that I can hold Down Arrow to scroll through the Privacy Policy, then it highlights the "Scroll down to accept" button so I can press Space to accept it and unlock Online Play.

This did not work for me. No keyboard input worked, I had to grab a connected controller to scroll down for Accept to highlight.
Please also change label "Accept" to "Scroll down to accept" as long as you're not fully scrolled down.
