I don't think that you should be able to drink from the bucket when it's on the ground. Sometimes i just want to pick it up to put it further or to water the train but instead of picking it up, i drink it. Maybe change it to First action = pick, second action = drink ?
Otherwise, i think it's pretty cool to be able to take some milk for later and very cool that the milk can water the train too. Also very cool that you can splash other players !

Direct milking should be visualized by meter.
(you can use bucket to animals and get milk directly.)

Having the throw cartridge and throwing a milk bucket toward another player who already has pick-/axe (or anything else really) picked up, automatically applies the milk buff to that player and returns the bucket to you
I dont know if its intended, its definitely a really strong and fun mechanic in the first biome but right now it has very weird visuals with the bucket flinging back toward you with 100kmh
In two player mode it is especially strong because targeting the desired player is way easier than with 3-4 players

It's a bit confusing. I wanna put them on Carriage and milk them simultaneously!

This has not been addressed in the current version and it makes drinking milk a nightmare. (Picking up a bucket of milk is also impossible, but I don't know if there's an intuitive way to address this)
