Would it be possible to maybe increase the RNG rate on yellow heroes from keys won during the event a bit more as I did reasonably well in the event but nearly all the capos I got from the yellow blue and nationality keys I won were either blue dupes or purple dupes I know I don’t spend a lot but I try and spend enough for slight advantage and feel that the rewards weren’t worth the spend to be honest

There should be a max on automation as its stupid as when you max your capo it shouldn't ask for more to be able to have it automated

New update where Capos only upgrade through Cigars is not great. It will take much longer to get through levels, especially when you get to 90+ on Capo level. Need to rethink this update and revert to a mix of cash & cigars

I would suggest a smaller use of diamonds for instant fight, as it's required for some quests, I need to use it, and not just wait to do it.

You know it's idle game right ? what would be the point if you finish the game in 1 week by just playing it 24/24 ? idle mean you have to let it play by itself sometimes, you will have cigar idling, jailbreak daily , and with even rewards, you can't make a judgment on less a day of playing.

Its kinda like COC or other game like this. All you need to do is get resources and wait. Sometimes it takes 10 days to get a building done. At higher levels it takes more, and still people are playing this.

Capos can be excahnged to unlock capos of higher rarity, its a feature you unlock at street level 9 i believe

Some people can not afford to have a lot of extra stuff in events like others because they don't have money/gems for extra stuff for example the spins in the japan event. My idea is basically that we can make a 30 day log in gift system that also includes diamonds that grow each week. (with also other gifts like cigars in the log in system) this will help the players who don't pay or can't afford to pay to have a bigger chance on winning the big event since they can choose if they rather save up the diamonds or spend it.

It should be like 200 a day, and 4000 total. In no way shape would this hurt the game as its "idle". Although people would probably be getting to endgame alot quicker. But that also means more growth for the game.

I find that over time the game becomes more and more pay to win.
For example I find that the Las Vegas event is bcp too p2w, compared to last week's event.
I can't afford to spend money on a game (I'm too young), but when I see guys spending $1000 on this game.
It disappoints me because they are much more advantaged than us.
In the beginning the game is f2p, but that changes over time.
I'm rank 23 and I know I'm going to be there for more than a week (compared to a few hours for someone who is warming up his credit card).
But that's a detail, what bothers me the most is the events that are frankly p2w by far.
You have to balance that out because it disgusts me.
They're useless to me, I've decided not to even do the one in las vegas.
Making the events more accessible to everyone would be a very good initiative.
And believe it or not, I'm not the only one complaining about it, I think.
Even if I understand that it's a free game, I don't want it to be this kind of game or to be strong you have to empty your bank account.

● Make the game screen horizontal instead of vertical as all of them gud games have it...

● As depicted on the character picture please put a variety of weapons instead of one gun and different designs and make sure it stands out and make it customizable so that we can buy different skins for the gun.

● Make more realistic feeling to the game and the final kill effect and animation will attract more users and can be used in the trailer of the game.

●instead of putting the characters that are already in the game it's better to have exclusive characters for example there could be a sea event and you could get mafias that look like fishes or octopuses.

●Add more capo varieties notably US,Russia,India,China.

●Add more types of Capos for example common uncommon extra. and for the exclusive event characters "EXCLUSIVE"

everybody knows that blue and epic capos are worthless as hell, because they are capped very early and weak as hell.

So why we don’t give them a purpose ? Synergie effect like : support legendary capo with Capo (blue / epic) and boost his stats (depends on supported capo lvl, largest boost on max lvl).

And maybe we should change star rank up ... we got red stars for legendary but no purple for epic ? Unfair - maybe it would balance the game a little bit more, if we could boost epic capos much more . Also count for the blue capos ... it should be possible to rank them till 5 gold stars

The event should have been balanced properly. Spent 120 diamonds and can't even unlock the final building - always at a lack of chips with an overflow of golden toilet paper.

The final milestone should have been made such that it's achievable by F2P. The mindset should be - normal milestones achievable by F2P, Leaderboard reward achievable by P2W. As it stands right noe F2P can't even complete the event map.

Players should have been slotted into Divisions based on the time they joined the event - I ended up with someone at Ww chips when I first joined. That is unfair matching and causes players to lose motivation.

The rate of getting the golden toilet paper on the Wheel is ridiculously high. The chance of landing on chips should br equal to chance of landing on toilet paper. This would have led to smoother progression.

This event has been very disappointing, and I hope that future events are better balanced.

Competition is a big thing for me, personally I like to scope out the competition I’m up against. I feel a global leaderboard would be a cool implementation to allow us as a community to see what Capo members higher ranked players use. With this there could also be tabs for example, strongest Capo, furthest in fight, strongest team, strongest family (Italian, Mexican, etc) and much more! The following suggestion is a way to balance events for p2w and f2p players (Pay to win, Free to play), it’s a one for all situation. Have a separate milestone for diamonds gained through the event that rewards all players donators or not. In that bar, reward all players in the event. The people who pay for diamonds will just get a higher boost ( the package / items they intend on buying) on the other hand the boost for everyone will help out f2p players as well therefore benefiting everyone. This is just an idea.

if you are planning to keep "Idle" in name of the game, you need to change level requeriments to AUTO.
(I don't going to talk about 3purple stars asking 6 legends because that is ridiculous and anyone knows).
To solve this problem if you don't want remove the auto lvl requeriments, you can unlock the lvl of capos. They get power increasing stars aside the lvls, so we need upgrade they stars anyway.
Have two ways to do that, you can unlock lvl by color star, yellow star could hit lvl 100, purple could hit lvl 300, and red star could hit lvl 500. Don't matter you have 1 or 5 star, the max lvl will based on the color.(that way solve a part of the problem, because anyway late we going to get with no auto mode)
The second way and that can solve all the problem, ignore stars and any legend capo can hit max lvl of the game, but still need upgrade stars to get power

The milestone rewards are great and help a lot of players progress, but if you’re outside of top 3 the shards are pretty useless. And even to get top 3 it’s more bragging rights than anything. currently we have a total of 22 legendaries capo from 3 nations. for higher stars upgrades, we might need 2 to 3 same capos as one of the requirements. imagine we open a chest to roll for that specific capo, the chances we will get that capo we needed will be 1/22. what if more capos is implemented in the future, the upgrading of a capo will be more difficult. suggesting to lower numbers of capos required for upgrading as now building automation is also based on capo lv, and the length of waiting time to upgrade capo to be able to automate building is obviously long. normal gameplay is affected once people reach rank 20+. alot f2p players will be stucked when upgrading capos is the main issue. The solution to that is either lower overall capos upgrading requirement or having a free automation on all buildings.

[Please work on balancing weaker capos. This consists of support capos, self heal/buff and proc on death effects.

Support is a bit weak and should be buffed. The ability to buff self and adjacent should be made a team buff, similar to epics.

Support self buff is very weak. It doesn’t give much more than the self and adjacent buff, and the risk is hardly worth the reward due to it making the capo a target for one shot. If this is kept, the reward needs to be significantly increased. A solo buff should be more than the solo and adjacent buff combined as the risk is higher.

Self healers are weak because their heal isn’t much more than an entire team heal, and it hardly benefits the situation. I’m not sure how to balance this as the proc isn’t very good on its own. Perhaps replace with a team or self regeneration buff at 90% health or keep the heal and place a smaller regeneration buff for self and/or team.

The bottom tier capos have proc on death. The proc is much less useful than other damage dealing procs and generally doesn’t provide much benefit after death. Perhaps make the reward a bit better by increasing the area of effect damage. For single target proc on death damage, it’s the worst. Suggest remove entirely or also place attack down on entire enemy team on death.

Maybe you could add a new proc and replace it with self heal or single target damage after death: Revive. Revive would proc at 40-50% current health and revive a random fallen capo to 50% hp. Revive would be a very nice ability to counter the one shot meta late game. It will also inadvertently slightly buff support who get one shot.

The blue key (mystery safe) is sold one per day. I understand the need to slow progression (stated by the Devs), however, a slight increase to two or three a day would be nice.

There is no discrepancy between the 60x and 1x legendary capo shard. You should be incentivized on buying singles as they require more patience, so perhaps make them cheaper. In addition, 60 days for a legendary is not ideal. Suggest increasing x1 shard to x5 shard at the price of 300 coins.

The legendary capos do not rotate. If this is intentional, there need to be ways to obtain other legendary capos. Perhaps this will be covered in the Gang shop

Currently we have k for thousand, then m for million, then b for billion, then t for trillion and then start with aa, bb, cc and so on, then go AA, BB, CC
This format works nice at the start but will get less convincing over time especially when we reach the tripple or quadruple letters in a year.
My suggestion would be to use a for thousand, b for million, c for billion, d for trillion, e for 1e15 and so on. Once you reach z you move on to aa then ab then ac
Doing it this way we will get much further with only 2 letters and there would still be no need to use capitalization to make a difference. (This format is used in some asian games e.g. endless frontier)

I feel like there should be skins for capos. When playing the events, the most exciting thing for me is the new capo art, and i always hope I can get one of the new capo arts as a skin if I place high enough, but obviously that's just not a thing. I feel it'd be a really nice touch to add optional cosmetics and such, especially if they give like a recolor or even a slight redesign in battle. Some ways to get them could be boxes like the ones we get capos in, a capo trade style system where we trade 300-500 capos, events, and the obvious microtransactions.

Just a thought to differentiate the events slightly: you can add an investment fund in the office, where you can storage event tokens, which will pay out example 10% of the storaged amount per hour, and thereby adding a strategic aspect of not just burning through the tokens instantly. This could be added through missions too. An example: “loan Freddy 30 tokens for the next 4 hours, he will return with 35/40” so minor benefits but something that might cause different variations of play style! Hope my suggestion wasn’t too long and made sense.

Due to the way the video bonus works, you have to be out of the game to get your 3*bonus. So, whilst event is on, I am being discouraged from playing the main game (or any of the other games) as I don’t earn the event multiplier. could we have a store in cigar fight, where you buy the blue key, 1 nation key, 10 gold key, ect. Then as a reward, take cigars away and add cigar fight coins to buy said keys, and shards. That could be for the main game.

With jailbreak that could be tied with events, with a store where you can buy (say for example) you get a x2, x4, x6, x10. With x2 being the cheapest to buy, and x10 the dearest, and them can be purchased with jailbreak coins. Gives f2p players a chance at rankings.

And as a reward for completing a jailbreak fight, take cigars and keys away and put 5 spin tokens and gold bars or sushi. Because leveling capos up in the events is hard, past 90 it becomes impossible to have make head way.

please let the amount of instant fights needed for a quest stay at 1 or 2. You can only do those quests by either waiting multiple days or spending more and more diamonds for them while still only receiving the same 20 diamonds as you did when it was only 1 or 2 instant fights you needed.

Other quests like exchange a capo or add a star to a capo seem to be static too from what I've seen so far. Would be appreciated if instant fight would fall into that category too.

Once a month a free to play event. So one of the 4 events monthly is as follows; each player get an amount of event coins from the start (~1000) during the event it is not possible to buy extra coins with real money. You get 1k coins because you can buy certain upgrades also with coins (think about multiplier, or other things in the shop that at first you had to buy with real money.) So there are still some tactics to buy the right things from the stores, safe enough coins for spins ect. I think this will be a fun addition to the game for the huge f2p player base, that now all equally have a shot to the leaderboards, for once a month

Please implement a new toggle in the settings similar to sounds,music or notifcations that is for gem confirmations.
If it's on you need to confirm that you want to use diamonds, if it's toggled off you don't like it's currently.
It can be off by default so no one that doesn't want it will be annoyed by it but for those of us who spent 1k or 2k diamonds on accident for safes it would be very helpful to be able to toggle it on.

When heavy nerfs are applied, there should be a short window to completely refund resources invested in the affected nerfed capos. This would be implemented with X star level of capo needing Y amount of legendaries, Y*60 legendary shards refunded and star level reset back to 5.

For example, the recent jail break change nerfed high end bonuses by about 1000%. If these nerfs are needed for balance, that’s fine. But people invest $$$ into capos for bonuses or their skill. If they are drastically nerfed, a short window refund for them should be available. This is critical to keep player base, especially your heavier spender

(Spending cigars mission at higher levels should be reconsidered because they are very hard to complete since upgrading capos takes a long time. this mission is provided 3 to 4 times at one rank and to complete just one, you need to reset your capo level twice! The Idea of Giving us back some capo’s by giving us 60-120 shards is a nice thing and that’s where we can see that you are listening to us but the issue that the people are complaining about is not what they actually wasted into the capos but, that the jailbreak coins actually got lowered to a 10%+ every rank so at the end it’s only at 140-150% if i’am right, the thing people just want to tell you is that it is hard to obtain Capo’s on late game... f.e u get 20 Capo’s who are legendary and you cannot upgrade one capo!... i thank you for the support and i hope you consider to give us atleast 25-30% family bonus EVERY rank of family bonus!

Here are some things I would like to see to make the game more enjoyable for everyone.

Unfinished business:
*How if you finished a level for a certain amount of times (think about 5x or 10x) that you have the option to finish that level automatically daily instead of play it over and over.
*If you've finished a unfinished business, the next time you play it it auto-collects the rewards so you don't have to click claim every time while playing.

Jailbreak:
*Since progressing late game is a real pain in the ass, and the JB coins might have reduced a bit too much. You now have the following pattern with the family upgrading 'Jail on fire': +20%/+25%/+40%/+50%/+60%/+80%/+85%/+90%/+95%/+100%/+105%/+110% It might help with this 'stuck' period to start with a higher the percentage in the beginning + a bonus for maxing it. something like this: +40%/+50%/+55%/+60%/+70%/+80%/+85%/+90%/+95%/+100%/+105%/+120%.
*To help the stuck players instead, something like a 'jailbreak day' can come to live. This day Jailbreak will give you an xxx amount of Jailbreak coin reward for finishing it, so no %, less change for screw up with unexpected gains in %.
*Challenger end-boss. A overpowered boss that comes free as a challenger after finishing jailbreak. Hard to beat, but you get a special reward (nation key? diamonds?

*Leveling capo's to max with 1 tap
*Bounty fill automatically
*Daily log in reward (maybe something like the event spinning/slot machine with different prices?)
*More use of the Mafia membership, think about the possibility to 'safe' event coins for 6 hours instead of 2 and claim it.
*Make it possible to exchange Cigars for gold keys (like 5 hours of your current hourly Cigar earnings to buy 1 gold key) This is useful for the people that are stuck with leveling their capo's and have no use for their Cigars at that point and they can finish the quest 'spent xxx Cigars' again while stuck on lvling.
*Filter on Capo's (think about ability, nation, manage target)
*If the system sees all your capo's are max level, so cigars aren't of any use at that moment, have the helicopters in-game (so not in event) give you a different reward. (cash, diamond, gold key)
*Worldwide leaderboard rankings; this might be fun for the best top 100 players

[ranking capos past 3 stars is extremely difficult. 4 stars take too long to get and cigars become obsolete and useless. Please consider adding a feature that would convert cigars to cards/card pieces. This can be heavy RNG if desired, but we need a cigar sink for those of us who hit the wall and are waiting for events to get the cards we need. Thank you!
