some records are downright impossible to even touch with how much the anti-course cutting has improved. If the game recorded the version on which they were raced, maybe move them to a separate sub-class (more lenient course leaderboard?) or tag records with versions

Thankfully I'm not the only one who thinks that. I think making new leaderboard would be kind pointless, it will probably be really confusing. I would rather see my times getting deleted, then make a new leaderboard.
