My favorite spot by far has to be the hotel rooftop, but there are plenty of immaculate vibes to be had in any bar or diner as well

Sometimes this detective needs to stop and find shelter from the rain to have a smoke

But you can always smoke at home too. The ashtrays are starting to fill up

you can. while holding the cigarette butt, look at the ashtray, open the inventory and press "drop". voila

but

it doesnt fill up with ash overtime or anything

yeah and the hitbox makes the butts look like they're floating if you look closely, but that's no big deal. after 5-10 butts it starts to look like a well used ashtray. also helps to rotate around and drop them at different angles to make it look more natural
