it could be where theres a small chance for some cases like murder cases for a enforcer to tamper with evidence or have connections with the killer so while you have to catch the killer you also have to deal with the corrupt enforcer editing the scene of the crime obcously you would need to balance how they could tamper with the crime scene like they planting evidence and all sorts but have it be a rare thing like a 10 to 20 percent chance of happening

I like this honestly. I had an enforcer be a serial killer last night which was crazy. I would love to see them do more corruption

i had a simular thing

but i really sturggeled

cus it was my second run and the enforcer had killed the person and went down and the thing got reported came back up and got in my way so i threw the enforcer who was the killer and he killed 10 people cus he just shot people at the door and came back upstairs each time he killed
