#Cold Cases/Cases from the past that have never been solved

It's mostly just a thought that with how big a city can get and with you being seemingly the only one to actually be good at solving casew that it would make sense for there to at least be SOME cold cases from the past
Actually, making some kind of archive rooms in City Hall could be a place to pick up custom made cases.
or this
sounds interesting!
Idk I just want more cases even if its cold from the past
I think this would be pretty good feature to add an extra bit of difficulty in your game play! Similar to side jobs, you are only given a few details about the case, and you must use what you have to solve the case. What your social level is unlocks what cold cases you can have access to. Like the higher your credit, the harder the cases get. Similar to how the higher the payroll is in side jobs, the less details you are given about the suspect
You can find these cases in any of the enforcer offices. You ask one to give you permission to enter the file room and they will give you a key to that cabinet depending on your social credit level. When you level up, you will automatically receive a key from the game to a file cabinet with cases of your level
City Hall Basement Morgue with reports, cold murder cases, archive room like FBI in movies but not that fancy and maybe shove Gov database into secured city archive instead of having it on every crunchers in City Hall. And maybe even some little dirty secret documents in deepest parts of archive. Something on Soylent Green level conspiracy.
Also to add some vibe of archive, player could find documents they submit earlier (for only "Submit to City Hall"), and it would be great to have working book and bookshelves framework to add, read and write\redact documents.
sounds fun haha! would add more things to do rather than finding a missing item(I still dont know how to do this type of side job) for the 1000th time
