#Murder cases should always be a different murder type than the previous case

I started a new save recently and solved 5 different murder cases, all of which were the same 'Sniper shot through a window' scenario. I feel like there should be a system in place that ensures a procedurally generated murder case isn't the same type of murder as the most recent case solved.

I have to say I experienced this as well. My first generated city had 4-5 different murder cases. All of them besides one were sniper cases. Every single killer in that run was a tall, average build, long-hair female, and two of the sniper victims (in two separate, unrelated cases) even occurred on the same street. It all got a bit uncanny.
