as the title implies i think an idea for a sync disk would be a movement based one where your 2 options are to either increase walking/running speed or increase jump height, could be very useful too maybe by having each level increase it by 10% or 15% each time

it can be pretty useful especially if you have the Frame disk
plus if it lets you jump high enough then maybe you could jump over the outside walls or jump up a floor from balconies and over railings
