Add it so when we catch the killer or "future kidnapers" since your adding missing person is caught they pull out a gun so can we and the kill them or snipe people like mass murderers or hiding kidnappers.

dude, no, killing people goes against the whole point of the game, if you want that download the Lethal Action mod which allows you to kill citizans

i personally havnt tried it but there is also a gun mod if you want to add that

the gun mod i do use and it works well
