Am I the only one who doesn't feel the need to use the gadgets available right now? I'm only using sometimes codebreaker, the rest is not necessary

I use all of the gadgets. If you’re just using the government database and blitzing through it and not using your detective skills then no you don’t need them, but it makes the game way more fun to use the tools given.

I'm not using the government database, only going through the evidence I'm finding. But I have never needed the grenades or the tracker.

Should be more fun to have gadgets you really need to use for example the handcuffs or camera or something cool gadget like a spy camera that you can deploy where ever you want and videotaping with it for evidence like two people talking about secret stuff in there own apartment and getting money for sending the video tape.

Grenades can be useful for trapping an appartment (you knock someone out, trap the door) or clearing groups (Enforcers crowding a crime scene).

Trackers only really good for infidelity or murder cases.

Such as, you think someone is a murderer, you couldn't find evidence. So you track them and then go to the next murder scene.
