When you release someone from handcuffs, I think it would be nice if the prices of actions like "Do you know this person?" would be reset. It is a minor change, but I think it would make more sense.

Took me a while before I realized you can uncuff someone as well. When they are handcuffed, look at thier hands and you get a prompt to uncuff. You'll get your handcuffs back but be prepared to be attacked as soon as you let them go
