I'm kinda new to the game, so i don't know if these already exist.
It would be so cool if some murderers were extra cautious, like use gloves when killing, collecting capsules, get rid of the crime weapon and such. Also, it would be interesting to have double murderes, like both helping each other and kiling together/separatedly.

Accomplices, and more clear motives for murder. ( they want to inherit money, they want the person dead cause they are the partner of the person they love, murder by way of drug influence)
Ive yet to have a murder outside an appartment, ive had about 30 ish murders in my about 60 hrs. And it takes about 10 murders for it to start being repetitive.
More messages on wall, more calling cards ( maybe having the perp carve the words in the victim's skin could be cool)
More depth to murders so that murders are harder than the other cases, which is not the case as of now. Because murderers continue to kill and you can count on them screwing up at some point
