What a welcoming, enjoyable human!
My recommendations are slightly different so I shall be leaving this up and ignoring your negativity.
I can't read your reply because I've blocked you for wasting 0.1 seconds of my time.
I'm sure it's super wholesome and fun, but I can tell my life will be less frustrating without you in it.
When I said I'd be ignoring your negativity, I meant it quite literally.
Jeeze you got owned by him lmao
Bro just wants to talk about hypotheticals and you have some sort of chip on your shoulder about guns and shut him down, guy just wanted to talk 😦
The original poster and I have come to a silent agreement not to interact over this topic, please don't ping me in here.
If by “silent agreement” you mean you got owned, yes
Inb4 mods 🙂
she really is a delight, I got a similar welcoming, people just don't understand the real boundaries or concepts like freedom of speech... this is why we play dystopian games, we are dystopian people
we are not groot
No need to get offended. This is a common suggestion and the devs have already spoken about how they want guns to be used (or not used) in their game. It’s common practice to use the search function when reporting feedback and bugs so you don’t make duplicate entries and it’s even recommended you use the search function in the pinned suggestion post. You also weren’t being insulted in any way so I’m having trouble seeing why the response to this post was such an issue and labeled as “negative”. They were simply pointing out the massive suggestion thread that is being used for discussing this topic on a daily basis. You’re not being shunned or censored just pointed towards the most useful places to put your feedback which would be the best in existing threads so all community feedback on non lethal gun usage is organized for the devs. It’s even a great chance for you to bounce your ideas off of other people who are also passionate about this being included as feature and refine your ideas. The fact is that the better we organize and consolidate feedback, the more useful that feedback can be to the devs by providing the big picture on what the community thinks about certain topics as well as allowing devs to be more efficient when taking the feedback into consideration. It’s ok I also made a post that was similar to others and someone else linked a relevant thread. My first reaction was to be defensive just like you and I tried to justify why my ideas were different even though the differences were only slight. I soon realized that getting my ego wrapped up in my suggestions and their reception was a bad idea and did not help anyone.
I didn't say I was being shunned or censored. Why project onto me?
I simply found the person's tone of voice irritating and didn't wish to speak to them.
As it stands I just didn't feel like engaging here on this idea was worth being slightly irritated so I had intended to move on by deleting the original comment and talking in the main thread. Sadly, that didn't delete this thread.
What's the point of bumping a necro'd, self deleted thread to squidward about a conversation you don't have the full context on?
