Two emojis with same name

im in 2 servers , they both have emojis named and , how do i make the bot only choose one emoji from each one? Since when i do /nqn message it gives me the other server's "upvote" and "downvote"

It gives me these two (from the other server) instead of the emojis from mine

You can right click a message using the emojis, and choose 'gain access to these emojis' in the Apps context menu
