the bot is not reposting msgs unless u give it permission it each specific channel , the role already has all the permission and there arent any specific channel perms that disallow it to post
but unless u give it the permission in every chanel 1 by one it doesnt do its thing

You need to make sure your channels don't have a permissions deny on any of it's roles

If the bot's roles include 'manage webhooks' then those channels mentioned under 'no webhooks' have an explicit deny for manage webhooks

ok it works now , dont know why @ everyones perms denied to manage webhooks even tho it doesnt show up that someone has changed in the audit logs
