nah

that mf is a virgin since birth
Nanahoshi? One of Rudy’s kids?
Ig that’s the only way he could have sex with a girl without it being rap cuz of his curse
WHAT THE FUCK?
RUDY'S KIDS?
BRO WHAT ARE YOU COOKING
💀
no spoilers btw
I'm anime-only
I meant cuz they’re not afraid of his curse
They already talked about his curse in the anime
You’re chilling
Most girls would be absolutely terrified and run away
Just a guess cause rudy is immune 💀
yeah I've always had that as a running joke
I think he's immune because of his reincarnation status
something to do with Hitogami
aight
I doubt it's a genetic thing
case in point, Eris shit herself
she's also a Greyrat
K
You forgot something
🤤
he might be getting freaky with them dragons
he's not the Dragon God for nothing
Lmao dragonussy
I can tell u the answer if u want but you said no spoilers so I’m holding off
Ok
?
the mule in the tunnel did shit itself and Orsted was also able to fend off a dragon with his curse I believe
it could be that the dragon/s in the anime simply could tell how strong he is
might not have to do with his curse
Hence why he’s the king/god of them?
Idk
P sure it said “all living creatures”
Could be wrong tho
Rudy is barely even a living creature if you think about it
In every timeline where he wasn’t reincarnated the baby rudeus Greyrat was a stillborn
that's cool to know, but please refrain from mentioning anything that isn't in the anime
Hence why Orsted knew about a norn Greyrat but not a rudeus Greyrat
Alright
that's straight up a spoiler in a way
Nope
It was in the anime
Orsted said that paul and zenith had a daughter but no son
He demonstrates his ability to tell the future/omniscience, sure
but we're never told the reason for why he thought Rudeus didn't exist
Idek if that’s the reason I just think it’s related in some way
I think you're legit dropping spoilers and playing them off as speculation
I don't want to continue this conversation
thanks
Alright
But no I’m actually just speculating for this one lmao
I’m not even that far into the novel
that's clearly meant to be a statement of fact, the way it's worded
Yeah that one was a fact, sorry for that

That it was related to what Orsted said is pure speculation tho
Anyways, switching the conversation
Do u plan on reading after season 2 finishes
I'll read the novels after for a better perspective
It's hard if not downright impossible to fully communicate a character's thoughts onto the screen. Without sacrificing pacing and runtime that is.
The anime makes many small changes to a lot of the interactions in the novel as well
yep
But ive been shocked how the last few episodes have been exactly how I’d pictured it in my head from reading the novel before it came out, everything down to the scenery
The novel does a great job of making you accurately picture the scene
You don't fully understand Eris's state of mind when she leaves Rudeus, fully comprehend Rudeus's anguish when he's rejected and how significant of a plot point it's supposed to be (whole fucking ED arc), and even the latest anime episode cuts down a lot of context about Rudeus's state of mind after Paul's death.
I don’t consider this a spoiler because it was already supposed to happen in the anime if they hadn’t skipped it
But the novel showed what eris was up to
A few volumes before
So sad the anime skipped it
I don't like some of the decisions like making Roxy effectively grape Rudeus for example
Yeah… that didn’t happen in the novel
I didn’t like how they made roxy look bad in the anime
questionable decision imo
In the novel it was him who pulled her back and she fell into his lap
For sure
And they just gave roxy 200% confidence in the anime for some reason
She was so nervous in the novel when it happened
it did feel slightly out of character
they might've wanted to make it "look better" by making her take the initiative
And when he was feeling her hands and arms when she hugged him from behind, it said he instinctively pulled the hand back when she backed away
Which shows that his depression was improving
He even said it himself
But they showed none of that
And that’s not even talking about the whole episode-worth of skipped content
it's a shallow way of going about it if that's the case (out of character and makes her look bad)
I know they also skipped some stuff about Badigadi in the magic academy
Ruijerd and Rudeus have some important dialogue about him
I suspect they'll treat it like a flashback later on
which is weird
or they might just change when it takes place
yeah, simple body contact and consoling words would have done it. personally, I would've moved the whole sex thing until after they get married.
Well that’s exactly what she did before, and it didn’t work very well
before? when do you mean
I mean she talked to him and hugged him and cradled his head
It helped him a lil but def didn’t get him better
In a realistic scenario, fucking him wouldn't have done much to remedy his grief
it takes time to come to terms with loss and recover from depression
not a freaky sex session
it's fiction though, and in this case Rudeus is a freak so it somehow worked
Depends, probably not in that context but if he was still a virgin at the time I think it for sure would
💀
I can't agree with that. Rudeus felt even more guilt afterwards because he broke his promise with Sylphy.
If it was me, I'd be furious at Roxy for taking advantage of me at a moment of emotional vulnerability
Well yes he felt guilty when he broke the promise. And Roxy did take advantage, but he couldn't be mad he said it himself. "If you ask me who i love/like more Roxy or Sylphie i can't answer that." Even tho he married Sylphie he liked Roxy first from the start and always liked her. He made a whole ass religion out of her underwear yk..
But Roxy took advantage
no doubt
NOOOOOOOOOOOO
