#waves of testing

We do know that there have been already many waves but we arent sure of which one there are currently right now and plus there arent any photos or so of gameplay because of NDA
"because of NDA" for sure..
What do you mean? 🤔
bro, if there were any test phases, you should see 9999+ videos/posts/streams on the internet. People can use proxy/virtual machines/vpn/cloud/tor to be anonymous. If there is nothing from players, it means there were no test phases. It's simple.
... okay this deleted my response
Anyway I was saying
a) it's a pre-alpha, not beta
b) it's a fairly limited number of players who are in
c) people don't want to risk breaking an NDA just to get some images of a pre-alpha game onto the Internet? Using tor or a virtual machine or whatever don't make you 100% anonymous. They just make you harder to track and whatnot.
There might be uids or whatever present at all times when playing, for example. If you miss censoring out even one, you could be identified, and oops! Now you are in big legal trouble, because you wanted to leak images of a video game online. They might have a closer contact with devs, because the testing pool is pretty limited, which makes it emotionally more difficult to break their trust. And why would the developers want to state they're testing a game they're not? We can't give them money. They've probably showed game prototypes to their investors, who obviously aren't going to share it. There are many more reasonable explanations than "they're lying about testing being done"
That ☝️
Yeah, but to actually get access you have to sign an NDA. Which you can't exactly do with just an email.
