From what I understand, this game caters to people who might play Albion Online, Valheim, Minecraft, ect, but without the PvP aspect. As far as combat goes, there was setting a while back saying something with dungeons, so world bosses and such could potentially be a thing, but player VS player combat will be nonexistent in this world entirely

will this game be another city builder/farming simulator

where all you do is

build a city, farm, fish, trade etc

So as for NPCs, the devs have stated the only NPCs, that are few and far between, are solely for Story building and lore purposes. There out be bandit camps. The only mob fights we know of are hunting Animals such as boars

It will be interesting to see what they do with this then as it sounds like the world could be quite barren

At first it will be because the world will be a blank slate then. But once the world gets more full or nations and guild and such, it will feel more like a traditional MMO with players putting out quest requests (aka: sidequests) and there will be more meat to the bone, yah know?

Another thing that concerns me a little bit

is coming from my 3500-4000 hours in ark

will there be an "alpha" civilization/tribe

who is the strongest tribe and just dominates everyone

That is a proper concern that I cannot quite answer atm since we don't know Much about civilization building and power monetization. I'm sorry

I can reassure you, however, that the current leading nations and guilds have amazing communication and understanding of one another, so from where we stand as the high pillars of the community atm, there won't he a reigning power

And if there does become one in the game later on, we as united nations will take care of them

We've already had power hungry people in the community so far, and rheyve all been snuffed out by the hark work and cooperation of everyone in the various communities

Tai was my friend, I respected her and the crows. But after recent events, I can't bring myself to stand by the crows atm

Tai basically used me during the crow/endkampf act to spread propaganda around because what I was told, I thought I was doing the right thing. I was only part of the act and felt very betrayed at the end

That's exactly what it was. Endkampf higher ups were in the Crow council and ASKED tai to help them weed out who they thought was a spy in their friend's server.
