Will friends/guilds-mates be able to communicate even at long distance? Bruhhhh. You know, you are using discord? You can speak to people on long distance, so when you are playing game with friends or guilds-mates, you can use discord.

Bud i was talking about chat as in writing in game. Since you know people are not all friends and some people don't have good mics and don't want to keep tabbing out of the game to chat in discord. Its not to hard if you think about it. 😒 Bruhhhh

There will probably be a local chat, whisper chat, party/guild chat, and a world chat like in GuildWars2

maybe but since there is traveling merchants and the like i was wandering if they were going to make it so there was no global chat and instead if you want to talk to people far away you could use letters but i don't know how doable that would be. Depends on the level of "realism vs convenience" they want to go to

that way it could open the way for jobs like delivering letters or just pay traveling merchants to deliver them

I think writing systems will be in the game but it won’t be auto mail people will have to actually deliver it but to actually friend someone in game you have to meet them at least once but if you haven’t met them you can’t friend them

sure i was just wondering if that system will be in place of a global chat or a extra to it because if there is a global chat letters will become less important.

I feel like global chat might be only for late game players because in the world of bitcraft there are advanced technolgies

maybe... i don't see them creating a global chat system but maybe larger settlements will have better and faster ways to send letter/messages long distance

Yeah I would assume so. I mean they confirmed that there would be tiers of items as you upgrade them so I would assume there would be better forms of transportation
