I thought the questions were targeted to the devs, so they rather asked the devs if they learned anything from testing?
They've learned that it wasn't about coding really, or art, or money. They've learned it was the friends who cared for them, who always came when they called, who they've made on the way who mattered the whole time.
Even though, the testers report bugs and send feedbacks to the devs so they learned and fixed some mistakes
That's the point of pre alpha
What are some lessons
Well they didnt ask "Devs, what bugs were found?", they just asked what their experience working with testers was. Were they helpful? Nice? idk
That is a secret
Yes they were helpful
i don't expect any testers to violate any NDAs or anything - sorry for confusion 🤧
if any of the game's developers are willing, i imagine they might be at liberty to share (even if it's as vague as "we reconsidered our approach to encouraging cooperative play")
what if their testing resulted in learning nothing? This being because their game was perfect to begin with and no problems were found
