In the same way one shouldn't sell their own items in others' trading post threads, I think it's best to not make a habit of recruiting in others' LFG threads, especially if they're specifically not looking for an established group.

There are 9 regions in the game, laid out like your number pad on the keyboard. Each region has a name but we all call them by the keypad number

each region has 3 starter towns, like the one you've probably been running around. when you go to a new settlement, you unlock the teleport (if the players added one) but the start towns you get all those teleports for free

so you can be in region 1 and teleport to region 9 starter town anytime
