plz add a restriction system blocking ppl from entering the dungeon if they have 2 tier higher gear then the tier lvl of the dungeon, wil limit the possibility of ppl to solo lower tier dungeon....ppl can literaly solo the dungeon (i know higher tier dungeon will come eventually )

just making a small restriction might make the game a bit more healthier for lower tier ppl in the game that dont have 12h/day to play 🙂

and making a way to force ppl to empty a room befor going further should help too, for now ppl just rush directly to the boss, not healthy at all for that content..

i dont know what region you are in, but we have at least 1 dungeon open and free most of the time, usually people only play 1-2 of the dungeons. dont see how further restrictions would help here.

whats the point of telling there is always an empty dungeon in ur region, and? the point i was making is ppl with incredible gear, a lot higher tier of the dungeon should not be able to run it cauz they are really to much OP for the dungeon they are in. Nothing to do with what u just said lol, did u completely read it before saying something?, i don't understand ur point, its not even related on what i said.

you need to run the dungeon a lot to make high tier dungeon armor and get the weapons, why do you have a problem with people running them in high tier gear? just go to a different dungeon if you feel like you get a low share at the end

I still think there needs to be some kind of restriction to get into the dungeons so they are not overcrowded and less populated. That or add dungeons in the starter areas for those that want to experience dungeons but don't want that hassle to fight for loot on lower tiers. Right now, everyone is fighting and rushing to the boss without realizing of others that want to try the boss too. You aggro the boss and the door closes to fight it, people just zerg it and say "Screw others" then you are locked out of an opportunity to get loot from the boss itself.

Or make it to where you need to open the boss door with a key like lets say, an Ancient Fragment Key that you make on a crafting station

This is an awful idea, imagine needing 7 sets of armour because you need a certain tier to enter. This would kill loads of enjoyment purely from the hassle it would take to make a new set of good low tier gear

You need 7 sets of armor now, you have to swap constantly in the game and its so annoying af.

Dungeons do need some touch ups, but restricting gear to certain tiers is not the way to go

I still think there needs to be a locked door at the boss and you have to craft a key to enter. It would create a reason to actually use those fragments for something other than gear.

So people can't just zerg the boss and win like how it is happening now. Its not fair to other players that want to do the boss and gain loot.

If i was boss ... I would lean heavily into scaling difficulty of opponents. Oponents are harder if you have better gear/skills. More spawns occur when there are more players inside and the opposite with less.
Since I'm a big supporter of participation-award style system, I'd also normalize the damage-to-contribution values so the elites don't take all the good stuff since they will be doing a lot more damage. This means an elites and low skill players who actively engage in the content will both have the same contribution.

They will introduce more tiers of dungeons in the future, so this is a none issue. For now it seems like an issue, but that will solve itself when new tiers come. Higher tiers will give better loot, so I bet those high tier characters wont stay in the lower tier dungeons. if so different tiers need to be balanced more.

I'm against the restrictions you mentioned.

would prefer instancing of dungeons so each group can have fun in the dungeon without interference

I would like to point out for all the people calling for instancing, the busiest Region R5 has already settled down and the busiest dungeons only have 1-2 public people at them now.

It's already fine.

Idk why they cant just add an option when you enter, public or private? It’s best of both worlds

You don't need multiple armors or restrictions on what armor you can use per dungeon level. Since if you want people to be on the same level as the dungeon you can just auto nurf the gear and return it back when they leave. A lot of mmos like ff14 will lower your level and temporary lock skills so you can run low level content fairly.
