Isn't chum something fishermen make on their own? I think it's the same situation as fertilizer for farmers, where if you can make fertilizer, you also want to use it, so no one will ever sell it for a price that makes sense.
animal meat & some lakefish are really cheap on some markets.

thats how works :
fish small ones -> bait for lakes -> fish lakes = use lakes + raw meat to get chum
of course i could do by myself as i did till now but as im getting busy by doing many stuff i would like to get instant chum to just fish straight on ocean .
As you said its like fertilize , you can straight buy it or just buy berry/meat/filets and do by your own

ofc i could buy meat / fish and do by myself but this take teleport points and by doing other stuff too im always out of it, i just encourage fishers to new markets 😄
and yea i would like to have "suppliers" as i would focus on ocean ones only :3
