This is a service that gets your claim sold/donated to other players. This service only deals with claims that have been take with the original owners permission.

Why would you want to use this service?

you just don't play much anymore but would like to know that all the effort you put in doesn't just vanish or get ripped apart by scavengers
you started a settlement but are now overwhelmed by it/you want to go to a bigger settlement for faster progress
you are moving locations and don't want to upkeep your old location - you can help someone else out and make some money!

You can specify if there are any special requests like: you want the name to remain the same, keep certain designs for posterity, etc

Agree but the problem is this is happening due to lack of activity. A conventional sell system would require active input...

Yep, people dropping off and settlements going down that way. It sucks but if they had a way to get rid of their time sink, which is probably what made them realize they didnt wanna progress, they could at least recoup the time back in hex and go do other things

Well it happened, someone quitting the game gave me their settlement and now its time to find someone who is willing to put in the work and who will cherish the place.

Forest Frontiers (N2206, E 3977) is located in Region 2 on the north shore just east of the T6 city of Valeria.

well not really a new player i have been doing forestry since i started in july my brother told me to get the game and i love diablo like games did play runescape a ton as a young adult and teen so this game hits home for me in a lot of ways. my brother and me did start a settlement then he stopped playing and i have not almost 300 hours later lol i have been at Dragons head since day 1 i tried to start a place by myself but got discourged cause its hard for a single player so i stayed where im at cause they have the high tier stations etc.

but i guess to actually answer the question i have looked for a great spot to run a little part of this game and enjoy the day to day life that it offers for me to enjoy. im sure its hard for a single person to maintain it but im on everyday i still play other games but this one just has a hold on me lol the devs of this game have truly made a special thing. and im happy to be apart of that.

I do have concerns about maintained passion of a single person of a settlement they didn't have to struggle for.
