you split your settlement into two sections? or is that two settlements?

Just a thought, they should fix respawns, but with fences and firecamps you should be able to mitigate the issue a bit

The second settlement to the south is not ours. We have fences and firecamps. Does nothing. The jackyls walk right up to the fence and agro from outside the fence.
