Idk what things cost in your region but the rare leather chest piece alone goes for 28k to 30k in region 9.

im in region 8 and the whole set of rare leather goes here in the trading post ch is around 50k if someone is rushing to buy them they might buy it for 55

I agree. Though epic pants at t5 have fallen off no? If it were a t4 epic then id give you the 120 for sure. But the t5 is imperfect.
