Tier 3 Spruce Saplings Incorrectly Display as Tier 1 and Cannot Be Planted in Tundra Biome

Pine saplings also cannot be planted in the swamp, even though they grow there.

they cant be planted in maple rocky swamp calm and meadows, tundra and jungle only places i havent tried

I can plant them in Pine Forest biome Large Hex Tile (4350, 3566)

Cool, but this is the only tree that grows in the Tundra, and yet we can’t plant it there, and the UI shows incorrect data anyway.

I believe that in places with a similar climate, they could be cultivated. They could even develop a method for you to prepare the soil for non-native plants to be planted.

The whole point is to be able to plant these where you gathered the seeds from the tree, so it's a bug. Plus, the UI also shows incorrect or bugged data anyway.
