What kind of set up do you guys have? is it a "do whatever you want, level 12 skills" or a "this is your skill, we all share everything" type deal?

Ummmm... I would say that you are more than welcome to do whatever you'd like, I do put the more important ingredients in the bank so bad actors don't come and steal all the hard work. I'm currently just setting up so ANY help is needed and more than likely all resources will be shared until we can get situated. If you are more into a profession and would like to focus on that, that's perfectly fine. You just might be doing all the resource gathering yourself until we get more people
So for example, if you are doing tailoring, you'd be doing the root digging, farming for wispweave, and cloth making all on your own. Currently I'm doing a lot of resource gathering to get the rest of the buildings up
