Hey! I'd take it for what I'd sell it for in a trade like that so 20k value to me

so I'd offer:
T4 epic for 105 + rod or
T5 epic for 90k + rod

Yeah T5 epic has missed an RNG roll so it has less of a shot to become a legendary or mythic

ooo, having someone upgrade your tool at those rarities is risky business though

that's 100k+ in value

and no way to verify other than having them stream the entire upgrade

without a stream, nothing stops somebody from just saying "oops you didn't roll it" even if you did

and just giving you back a replacement tool of the same rarity you had
