#Bug involving Cache in Caves

despite the warning 'this cannot be deployed in caves', it is possible to force deploy a personal cache in a cave, where it behaves as usual. leaving the cave will case it to despawn, and you will no longer be able to recover it to vault, nor be able to deploy it elsewhere.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. go into a cave
  2. open vault
  3. click on personal cache, ignoring warning
  4. right click and deploy
  5. leave the cave
  6. attempt to recall cache to vault (fails, 'depolyable is in another region')
  7. reenter cave
  8. attempt to recall cache to vault (fails, 'depolyable is in another region')

update: restarting does not reset this state

further update: getting another personal cache does not fix issue

In the meantime while I see if a team member can help you, how did you deploy the cache? Through the favorites hotkey perhaps?

nope but thats a good guess; i just right clicked it and hit deploy. i assume it was supposd to be disabled but it was not

right?? im sure there's lots of technical details you can't reveal about how you're doing this stuff but if you figure it out, i'd be interested in knowing what solving it entailed in as much detail as is unproblematic for you to share
