I had a similar but different problem.
If no code ever works and your triple checking your typing it right.. the only thing I can suggest is open a ticket with support by emailing them a screen recorded video. And answer any follow-up questions they may have for you.

Tried closing steam with the task bar and them opening the game again?
Sometimes it bugs out and only restarting steam that way works

I can't say for sure how quick they'll respond.
If it keeps sending actual wrong codes that's a pretty big technical issue..
This being a tech demo is the perfect time to find these things..
If you really want to play to try out the game before it moves into early access... is it possible you could try another email?
If you already tried to use the email exactly like it was (uppercase and lowercase letters), maybe restarting your computer would work?
They are using the correct email, they're getting an email with a code, but the code isn't working, even when they copy and paste.

i works... no one says on steam when you download that you need to do a registration on it, for several games you need only steeam

I don't think there is any extra step required, other than having a valid email, which you should have if you are receiving the access code
I am having the same issue, tried multiplpe times resend the email just didn't work. The code was always wrong for some reason.
