whenever a purtchase is made at barter stall 100% of the money goes to the treasury. Shouldn't the money go into the shop? to allow recirculation of items in and out without needing to put more money back into the stall? this seems like a bug. It would make more sense if kingdoms/settlements had a tax rate, where the taxes go to the treasury and the rest goes to the shop

I don't know what you mean about taxes, since the barter stalls are owned by the claim owner. If you mean Empire setting taxes on settlements that are in their area of influence, that should 10000000% never happen. The moment they announced Empires would be a premium currency monetization model, it was clear it had to be purely cosmetic, or else you turn the game into P2W, since while Empires require logistics, the main resource needed is acquired through premium currency, so it is ultimately the defining factor in any war.
I absolutely agree that any hexscoins that come into the barter stall from selling it's things should also go into that barter stall to feed purchase listings.
I believe a change was made to make it so that barter stalls inside towns (buildings not deployables) can deposit coins into the tresury and take from the treasury, so you no longer need to worry about a single stall running out of coins to make purchases, they can all share the same coin stock.
Buildings in a towns are all owned by the town, not anyone else (at this time)
This doesn't happen for player deployed trader stands (if it is, it is certainly a bug and please let us know)
My main worry if barter stalls automatically take money from the treasury is people being a bit careless with the "infinite" purchase orders, and fully draining their Treasury without intending to. Would it be possible to have a bit more micromanagement in the Treasury where you can allocate a specific % to be used for purchase listings in barter stalls?
this might help with that #1380018225273634866 message
ya thats actually a really good point, thoughts on taxing per settlement?
firmly against 😹
The way the settlements pasively generate hexcoin based on people crafting in their stations has the same positive effect for the settlement without the negative effect on the players that'd be taxed.
