Goat should 100% be able to attach to the cart

It seems like a huge miss that the rideables don't have a movespeed buff and are not allowed to attach to carts...

And attack/hunt from 🐐 and take from ground without unmouted

This has to be my #1 most requested feature. Otherwise the goat is unfortunately useless but as a cart puller i'd be awesome.
