after i was stuck in one of the regions that were having issues with lags and rubberbanding i swapped as adviced the region. couldn't reach my cart and assumed it wouldn't be an issue but now i can't place any new cart at all

This happened to me and I actually soft-locked my character by accident. I wanted to TP super far away just to explore, but it was several continents over. So I was trapped with no way to get back to my cart that I had forgotten to pick up. And you can't recover it if it's outside your current region. Felt real bad

Sadly for me to have done that, I would have had to walk for... maybe an hour or more? lol. Also cross multiple oceans. I tp'd from the starting area to the furthest spot I could cause I wanted to see the experience of it. I didn't think anything of it cause it said you could pick up your cart and redeploy it from anywhere. But apparently not

yep i put a feedback piece for it. needs to be another method either pay for it to recover etc. Took me about an hour to walk back to the other region to get it
