In-game subaddressing email log in problem

Hi, there is an issue when using a subaddressing email when trying to log in, it prompts the invalid email error.
I have no problem when logging into the website with the same email.
To replicate try usign the subaddressing email like [e-mail]
Deleting the subaddressing from the email (+testemail) solves the issue but I still think you should be able to use it with plus addressing.

@midnight heron this might also mean people who participated in the alpha using a email with a subaddress won't be able to access their alpha items if they now login without the subaddress

Maybe. They will have to put in tickets and get that sorted manually if thats the case 😦

Can confirm, I participated in the alpha and it thinks I'm a new player.

@midnight heron would that be raising a 2nd bug report? I dont see where I can raise a seperate ticket.

We have a ticket for the subaddress. I would wait and see how it works during EA and if you still don't get items you will be able to make a support ticket by then and get it fixed manually
